It’s the picture-perfect English estate wedding, with picturesque views, ornamental gardens and a stately fountain.

- With only 12 weddings a year, the staff offer a bespoke service, with an experienced and dedicated events manager on-hand to assist with planning. They’ll also be there on the day to make sure your wedding runs perfectly, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
You have access to the venue the week before the wedding, and the day after, in case you need to collect any gifts.
Licensed for indoor and outdoor ceremonies
Accommodation is available within the grounds for the wedding party. It boasts a gorgeous interior design and is perfect for the morning of preparation photos.
Private setting – the Orangery and gardens are exclusively yours for your celebrations.
With picturesque ornamental gardens that include the Tempietto, The Rose Colonnade, the Millennium Fountain and the Statue Avenue, you’ll have a stunning backdrop everywhere you go.
Great Features of the Orangery at Settrington House
- The Orangery boasts an impressive indoor space, one of the largest in the North of England. If you want to have a larger wedding, and still fit everyone inside the room, then the Orangery is the place to be.
The inspiring architecture creates a magical space, with its vaulted beamed ceiling, stone pillars, classic lanterns and Palladian arched windows offering picturesque views of the gardens. All within the private grounds of Settrington House.
The wedding party can stay just outside the estate grounds in Garden Cottage, which offers self-catering facilities for up to 8 guests. The facilities include a large kitchen, dining room, a cosy sitting room with a log burning stove and four double bedrooms, individually designed with their own bathroom facilities. What a perfect way to spend the night before the wedding.
